Ann Hewes Rice is currently showing that she had 26 children. Her documentation says she had nine. I've been able to verify 2 - William and Sarah.

Phebe Mary Rice is highly suspect She was either attached to the wrong parents or has bad data - it currently says she was born before her mother. Anyone born after 1704 would also be suspected of not being a child of Ann Hewes Rice, as she would have been 40 and few women of her era had babies that late in life. Hezekiah, Richard, Dominick, Marcy and Joseph have no dates of birth.

If you manage one of the 26 children, please check your data and add any sources you have. As curator of this profile, I need to attend to this situation and I will be removing children that could not possibly be hers.

Her husband Thomas died at sea in 1711. Children born after that date are also probably errors, as there is no second husband listed. That adds Holman Rice to the list of children that are either attached to the wrong parents or have bad data.

Her children's names (or most anyway) can be found in her local church baptismal records. Those records are on the internet.
