Miriam Katzenellenbogen - Name and death date for wife of Eliyahu Ashkenazi

I don't see a source for her name being "Miriam" or her death in 1605 in Prague. Rosenstein, Vol. I, p. 17, just calls her Elder Daughter of Rabbi Shmuel Yehuda Katzenellenbogen, MaHaShiks, MaHaRaM son #1 Also there should be no children for this couple, Rabbi Eliyahu Ashkenazi and Rachel Katzenellenbogen

I also don't see a source for the name "Glike" and dates for Younger daughter Ashkenazi Neil Rosenstein just calls her "Younger daughter" and wife of R' Joel Ashkenazi-Katzenellenbogen

I am going to erase her name and dates until someone comes up with a real source.
