About Capitán Agustín de Carvajal
Agustin was one of the fourteen men ordered executed, for for the assassination of Governor Rosas, by New Mexico Governor Pacheco, in 1643, but escaped the sentence with his brother-in-law, Fernando Duran y Chaves.
He was the son-in-law of Cristóbal Enríques, who was executed.
