Felicia of Roucy (d. 1123?) was a daughter of Hilduin III of Roucy and his wife Alice of Roucy.
She married in 1076 to Sancho Ramírez, King of Aragon and Navarre, after he divorced his first wife, Isabel of Urgel. Not much is known about Felicia, she did give birth to two sons, Alfonso and Ramiro; they both became King of Aragon and Navarre.
It is believed that she outlived Sancho Ramirez and died in 1123 but some sources say that Sancho Ramirez took a third wife, Philippa of Toulouse. If this is true then it is unknown what happened to Felicia, she may have died or Sancho Ramirez might have divorced her.
She was the first Queen consort of Aragon to also be Queen consort of Navarre.
Her elder son, Alfonso had no children by his marriage to Urraca of León but Ramiro had a daughter, Petronila of Aragon who became the fist women to be Queen of Aragon in her own right.
