Perhaps you are seeing the profile in two places from a different 'focus' profile?

If there is a little '2x' or '3x' in the lower left corner, that simply means that the profile is shown at different locations in the current view so that there is not a need to have complex "crossing lines" to draw the view. By clicking on that little 'x' number you can move circularly between the places on the drawing.

This is normal -- especially if you have a large number of generations showing (see the Preferences tab at the bottom of Tree View to change how much is viewed), or if there are "2nd cousin" marriages in the nearby family.

has anyone been able to check this profile?

Currently there are two Isaac Wilcoxson or Isaac Wilcox claiming the same parents.

I would like to make them both Master Profiles so the two of them can't be merged together. They both died in different states.

They both married gals named Nancy, so perhaps you need to MP the wives as well. I believe the fellow who belongs with Daniel Wilcoxson and Sally Faulconer is Issac Wilcoxson who was born 1796 and d 1848 in KY.

This will help with some of the confusion on this family line.

Philip Joshua Carlisle, it looks like you have another small tree from 2009. May it be merged?

I believe the 2009 tree is the same or had errors. Merging it may undo things I had corrected. How do I see the 2009 version? Also, will you remove what I asked?

Private User. Merging them will not cause you to lose any data. It will simply give the old one a home.
I am waiting for you to decide on the merge before I delete the profile otherwise I have to delete it again after the merge.

Could a Curator please delete these two profiles (or merge them if you can see any reason for it), they are duplicates of locked MPs. They are both blank profiles and the manager who created them deleted their account the same day they joined Geni.

and apparently this incest produced a duplicate of herself: Elizabetha Keller

Arie: Keller/Backus branch should look better; data conflicts still to be resolved (e.g. Elizabetha's name).
