Private User - If it is a Public Profile - everybody on Geni is welcome to edit it without saying boo to you (if that wasn't cool with you, you wouldn't have it Public). If it was a Private Profile outside the Curator's Max Extended Family, then I would say it was inappropriate.
At one point, know I read that Curators were only to edit Private profiles at the specific request of a Family Member - no idea if that is currently the rule - nor any idea what, if any, the proper procedure is if one thinks a Curator has stepped outside the Curator-guidelines.
I hope this is the right lace to post this request. If not, my apologies.
These three profiles are all for the television comedian Ernie Kovacs:
Unknown Profile
Unknown Profile
I noticed something was "off about them when i saw that according to one of the profiles i am a distant relative by marriage of the man, but the other two profiles find no path between the two of us and are embodied in much smaller trees.
All three have nice photos and some unique information, and i think that this man is too well known not to have a curated single entry.
Can anyone help?
Hi Catherine and Bo-Arne,,
I spent a long time merging many duplicates adding information and some more pictures Here are the results; I hope you'll enjoy looking around some more.

Sorry Bo-Arne, there isn't a path between you and Ernie yet.
Will someone advise Phyllis Wilcox (Zook)?
Her message "I still cant get into my tree. It says something like "We found a problem completing your request. Please try again. If the problem persist, please submit a bug report." When I click on to submit a bug report I get this page wanting $119.00 for a year membership. Do you 'know what could be wrong?".
Thanks.
re: Phyllis Wilcox (Zook) ... she probably needs to adjust the "Tree Preferences" to show fewer generations. That would be easiest to do by doing the Tree View from her husband's profile (small number of profiles), adjust the Preferences (blue tab at the bottom), then change the focus to a different profile.
