Hello everybody. I am requesting your help to see whether this really is the case.
I followed the South African de Villiers line back as far as it could go on Geni ... which took me to a Claude de Villiers X Anne de Fay
The Anne de Fay line went further back touching on various noble lines but Claude de Villiers stopped here on Geni.
So I did some research and found that Claude de Villiers was also known as Claude de Villars (dit De Villiers) and found the line on Geni.
I have merged and cleaned up as best I could. Please check the dates for problems and anything else that may seem questionable.
Please note that I changed the approximate birthdate for Pierre de Villiers from c.1615 to c.1630. It now makes better sense...
