As of tomorrow (Wednesday) the UK will have its second female Prime Minister, Rt Hon Theresa May, Lady May, MP, PC.
Looking at the impressive https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_elected_or_appointed_female_h..., it is noticeable that most are Prime Ministers rather than Presidents so I suggest a more apt name for this project would reflect that - either using Heads of Government or Heads of State.
