Surname Komnene OR Komnenos OR Dasiotissa

If her father's surname is Dasiotos (male form), I think it may well be, then her surname is written (in Byzantine form) as Dasiotissa (feminine form).

Thankyou, that's useful. Now, what to do with the "Komnene"? Would she have taken both parents' surnames, I wonder? Jason Scott Wills & Matti Juhani Kovanen - thoughts?
