That would make her an ALLEGED criminal ... not an imposter. She is herself. You need to take that up with the FBI and not Geni (although you may want to wait until after January 😬)

I received an email notification of my request being declined. I am confused. Maybe I requested to be a part of this discussion, maybe not, I don't remember.Maybe I left a comment, I don't remember that either, but I don't understand the decline or the reason why ... Or if it was even directed toward me. Would you please explain? Thank you.

I didnt mean it as a political attack, the election is done, I meant it with all bias aside, and I would've submitted Trump just as quickly. I submitted her because of what happened to Haiti, after the tsunami that hit there, and what happened subsequently through the Clinton foundation. That would be a broad interpretation of imposter, and this project is more narrowed to specific types, but I acknowledged it was a bad idea afterwards, especially given the timing and circumstances. Thats a reason completely unrelated to politics.

And the emails, unimportant though, I took it back, like I said.

May I also add: Wow.. Geni is a website to build your family tree and meet relatives, right, and simply because I suggested something that does not fit your view of the world, you say "I hope I'm not related to Daniel", if I had submitted Trump though, you wouldn't have said a word. What needs to stop are the assumptions, I made it very clear that politics have nothing to do with it, if you had read my full statement, you would have seen that. All of this is redundant, and to argue on this website is pointless. We are distant family, if you disagree, at least be polite about it.

Yes Private User the majority voted for someone that did not give response like Marie Antoinette did. If you wish to win the people, you will speak to everyone not condemn women for not voting for a woman or calling hard working miners and farmers deplorables. You talk to everyone not just the rich states. That was Hilary's mistake and may this be a humbling moment.

Sooo... I acknowledged over a week ago it was a bad idea, due to the circumstances and passions running high, and... nobody is even talking about the request, or arguing it, because it's a silly thing to do with distant family... so... I dont think anyone has anything to get over...

Since the initial purpose of this discussion has been addressed, we are closing this discussion thread. Lets put politics aside and get back to doing genealogy.
