Stirnet is a membership site with a good reputation.

http://www.thepeerage.com/p10800.htm#i107994 is as good as their citations & they offer a number of them, some of them should available as online books from google or archive.org - or in other editions. For instance BP2003 is Burke’s Peerage, 2003 edition, in copyright, so you’d have to look at it in the library. But earlier editions of Burke’s are available on line and should treat the Fraser of Touchfraser family.
