Unknown wife of Yitzchak Ha'Levi Hayizhari bat Perfet Sheshet Nasi - Chronology Not Working

From the chronologies it doesn't seem that the wife of Yitzach HaLevi Hayizari bca 1097 (this profile) could be the daughter of Sheshet Benveniste Prefet Nasi.bca 1130 (Sheshet Perfet). Could she be the daughter of another Benveniste?

Meanwhile, the above Sheshet is given a son named Rabbeinu Meshulam bca1125 Rabbeinu Meshullam ben Yaakov, Nasi (approx same year as father), and the above Sheshet is given a father named Meshulam Shlomo b1055 Meshulam Shlomo Yitzhak Perfet, (1st) (which would be about 75 years before his son is born).

These facts raise some doubts in my mind.

Could someone with expertise try to straighten this out and either explain how all of this is possible or make some changes?
