Edward Welborn - Two sets of parents.

Hello all (who may be following this discussion).

Firstly, this is my Paternal line, so I am intimately involved and concerned.
Second, I know and have much documented proof of the existence of Edward Welborn/Welbourn/Wellbourne/et.al. Edward Welborn
My 7th Great Grandfather. His spouse, Elizabeth Welborn (unknown believed to be Mitchell) Elizabeth Welborn ; however, his parents, I have NOT identified. There APPEARS to be evidence of another Edward, who MAY BE, his father, but unproven.

I have asked for EVIDENCE/Sources from those here on Geni, Ancestry, and elsewhere WHERE is the evidence/source for the decision to PLUG-IN parental profiles. I have NOT received answers and therefore I refuse to acknowledge those OTHER NAMES people have signed onto until I have PROOF.
