Hello to anyone researching the pastor. I was wondering if there are any known and documented descendants who have done the Y-DNA testing at FamilyTreeDNA? My family (like many Robinsons out there) believe we are descended from this John Robinson but I am certain that I've disproved that theory. I had my uncle do the Y-DNA and barring any NPE he is a direct Robinson descendant though not likely this line. I just thought if there's a group of known descendants who have tested, I could solidify whether we are or aren't. My research and autosomal DNA leads me to a John Robinson in New York colony in the 1600s, but I have not found any evidence of his parentage or where he came from. I did look at the known genealogy for Isaac Robinson and I do not see a connection. If anyone would like to compare, his kit number at FamilyTreeDNA is 793778
