Agnes Fleming - Any details on her possible murder, the murderer, the reason for the murder, or the outcome of the trial?

All I could find online was a couple of sources noted the murder, with our without a question mark behind murder, and without any detail. The only detailed clue I could find was :

"In October 1597, James VI of Scotland wrote to him to deliver the prisoner Maws Livingstone, who had murdered his mother-in-law Agnes Fleming"

I don't know the outcome of the trial, the reason for the murder, she was 62, nor can I find Maws, or Mawse Livingstone.
