Cynthia Curtis, A183502, US7875087 - they are the same person, but the FindAGrave narrative gives her parents I believe are fictional people. I don’t wish to see that narrative perpetuated so prominently - certainly it can be a footnote - and I don’t have the time to go searching for all the evidence.
So please, clean up the abouts first?
“No known relationship to Cherokee chief Nettle Carrier” (already there)
There is a “family story” here which is interesting, and in it’s language, is more realistic and less assertive:

Daughter of Nettle Carrier & Nelly Ugalogv Pathkiller Attakullakulla (1735 - 1792)

Nelly Ugalogv Pathkiller Attakullakulla (1735 - 1792)
Is supposedly the same woman married to Dragging Canoe, and supposedly an ancestor of mine through a daughter who married a Roark. No one has found evidence supporting this, and yet here she is, married to yet another Cherokee chief.
And the Gov Roberts family may well be fairly closely related to my Cunninghams.
So, please. Slowly and carefully.
Erica Howton yeah... those names (Dragging Canoe) but the rest appear similar enough that I wanted to ask and am merging in this area for the umpteenth time in a year so hiopefully we, en mase, can get them better
And just a reminder or to let folks know that do not already, I don't do Native American genealogy or research. I build the tree which means adding profiles and merging and I do clean up.
I come to the tree each day with no agenda and typically end up somewhere because of a DNA match or an email.
Thank you, Erica Howton , for all that you do to help get/keep/maintain the integrity of the Big Tree
