The photo attached to her here, at FamilySearch, and elsewhere, is of Anne Seymour, Duchess of Somerset (née Stanhope; c. 1510 – 16 April 1587) who was the second wife of Edward Seymour, 1st Duke of Somerset.
See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anne_Seymour,_Duchess_of_Somerset. The woman in the photo was not the wife of Peter Ransom.

What evidence is there that Judith Ann Ransom was the dau of William Seymour and Frances (Devereux) Seymour? WIKITREE, FAMILYSEARCH, AND WIKIPEDIA all make that claim, but none show a source linking her to that couple as parents..
Without some source, it's just wishful thinking.

Cracroft's Peerage lists the following children for William Seymour 2nd Duke of Somerset and Frances Devereaux:

>>> Note that there is no listing for any daughter Judith. <<<

It should further be noted that the early 1620s are a bit early for middle or other secondary names without some highly unusual family circumstance.

This appears to be the source for Wikipedia and other secondary/tertiary claims for "Judith Seymour Ransone":
