The About text contains the statement:

Father: Robert II De Normandie Count Of Mortain b. About 1022 in Falaise, Calvados, Normandie, France

and yet there is no actual relationships on the profile for parents.

Should this parent profile and relationship be created?

Medlands explains that Emmeline’s parentage is uncertain.

Although he does say it is speculative, Cawley does present the case that Emmeline could be the daughter of Drew de Baladon:
