Was the same Margaret married to both Hugh Courtenay and to John de Erleigh, or were there two different Margaret's, one who married Hugh Courtenay and another who married John de Erleigh?

GENI has them as two different profiles, but with the same birth date, same birth place, and father with same name.

Hugh Earl of Devon settled the manor for her life in 1361 on Margaret daughter of Sir Guy de Brienne, wife of his grandson Hugh son of Hugh de Courtenay. (fn. 54) Margaret must have died soon afterwards, for in February 1364–5 the earl settled the manor with the advowson of the church on Hugh's second wife Maud, daughter of Thomas (Holand)

If there was only one Margaret and she was married to Hugh in 1361, she might have married John abt 1349 based on her children.
Margaret, according to GENI, is said to be the mother of
John born bef 1361
Robert born bef 1361
Richard born bet 1345-1395 (date not possible if married to Hugh in 1361)
Philip born bet 1345-1395 (date not possible if married to Hugh in 1361)

Often cited is a post to SGM, 21 Oct 1998, by Paul Reed, stating John and Margaret had six children. Likely source is "The History and Antiquities of the County of Somerset: With a Map ..., Volume 2" pg 199. It gives children as "John, Richard, and Philip, and three daughters." If born two years apart, going backwards twelve years from 1361, we get 1349 as the date for her first child with John, and possible marriage date.
Margaret the wife of John and Hugh was born say 15 years prior, in 1334?

A birth date of 1334 would be the same year as husband John, but various sites differ.
GENI both profiles -1340.

These two sites state she wasn't born until 1351

Lord Guy's second wife, whom he married in 1350, was Elizabeth, daughter of William de Montacute . . .  They had four children, Margaret, probably the eldest (born c. 1351) . . . (IF parents married 1350, her birth wouldn't be 1340)

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Guy_Bryan,_1st_Baron_Bryan Margaret Bryan (born about 1351)

If she was born 1340, she couldn't have six children by 1349, and couldn't be the wife of John de Erleigh, although she could be the wife of Hugh. If born in 1340, who would be her parents?
If she was born 1351, she couldn't be the wife of either John or Hugh.

If there was only one Margaret Brien, married to both John Erleigh and Hugh Courtenay, she would need to have been born abt 1334, married to John abt 1349, and when he died abt 1361 she married Hugh right away.

Anyone want to straighten this out for me? Was the same Margaret married to both Hugh Courtenay and to John de Erleigh, or were there two different Margaret's, one who married Hugh Courtenay and another who married John de Erleigh? What might be the correct dates, and who might be her parents?
