The birth date on this profile of 1336 does not seem consistent with the date of birth of her child Walter (b1345) and possibly Alice also who is estimated from 1341-1359.

The birth date of her husband John (1317/18) and parents Henry (1301) and Idonea (1303) leave room for Eleanor's DOB to be at least 10 years earlier from say 1320 to 1325.

I cant see a source for 1336 so what are the thoughts on pushing her DOB back to c1320?

Or on further investigation perhaps the issue lies elsewhere as notes on her mother Idonea's profile give

Eleanor b 1336 m John FitzWalter

and notes on her brother Walter's profile say:

1. JOHN FitzWalter ([1311/12]-18 Oct 1361, bur Dunmow Priory). Lord FitzWalter. m ELEANOR de Percy, daughter of HENRY Percy Lord Percy & his wife Idoine Clifford (-before 18 Oct 1361, bur Dunmow Priory). A manuscript genealogy of the Percy family names “Alianoram, Matildem…et Isabellam” as the daughters of “Henricus” and his wife “Idoniam de Clifford”[236].

John & his wife had children:
a) WALTER FitzWalter (Henham 31 May 1345-Galicia 26 Sep 1386). Lord FitzWalter. m firstly (Licence 23 Jun 1362) ELEANOR Dagworth, daughter of THOMAS de Dagworth Lord Dagworth & his wife Eleanor de Bohun of the Earls of Hereford and Essex (-after 29 Nov 1375, bur Dunmow Priory). m secondly (before 27 Jun 1385) as her first husband, PHILIPPA de Mohun, daughter of JOHN de Mohun of Dunster, Somerset, Lord Mohun & his wife Joan de Burghersh (-Carisbrooke Castle, Isle of Wight 17 Jul 1431, bur Westminster Abbey). She married secondly (before 13 Nov 1389) John Golafre of Langley, Oxfordshire. She married thirdly ([27 Feb 1397/7 Oct 1398]) Edward of Cambridge Earl of Rutland, Earl of Cork, who succeeded his father in 1402 as Duke of York, Earl of Cambridge. The will of "Philippa Duchess of York and Lady of the Isle of Wight", dated 1430, proved 13 Nov 1431, chose burial “in the conventual church of Westminster”, bequeathed property to “my son Walter Lord Fitz-Walter...”[237].

which contain the seemingly glaring inconsistency that John and Eleanor Fitzwalter were married "before 1361" when John died and yet Walter was born in 1345 when Eleanor was age 9.

If instead the marriage date was say 1354 when Eleanor was 18, Walter was born say 1355 (instead of 1345) when Eleanor was 19 and Alice was born after that say 1359 then Eleanor's birth date could be correct as is and things would be more consistent?

Wikipedia has John Fitzwalter, 2nd Baron, c.1315 - Oct 18th 1361 and Eleanor had 2 children, Walter in 1345 and Alice as you have stated above. Eleanor was the second daughter of Henry Percy and it therefore seems more likely that she was born around 1325.
