Yes Brox - the churchbook. I'll put it on her profile.

Again, any documentation?

Her patronymic name Jocumsen exludes Peder as her father, so that is why I ask for documentation

Brox , be nice now.
We got new name rules here in DK at that time. All children of Peder Jochumsen and his siblings got the name Jokumsen / Jocumsen. Peder Jochumsen is the brother of my great grandfather Søren Qvist Jochumsen. Their dad was Jochum Pedersen.

It only show that the manager of the profile Jokum Jokumsen has not entered a churchbook before she made his profile.

For you, Brox

About the new namerules in the 1800s Denmark:

http://www.slaegt-aarhus.dk/navnelove

You are right, - I did not look at the birthdate which are in the time period when Denmark started to use patronymic names as married named and a name you could inherit

Instead of cutting loose the Jocum father I suggest that we just merge it into Peder sunce there are no other profiles attached to it. Have you contacted the manager of the Jocum profile?

No, I don't want the two profiles to be merged. You see the manager of Jokum Jokumsen has even not looked in the churchbook to find information about him and his daughter. And she has definitely nothing to do with my three.

I want it to be removed. I'm doing a great job about the three which belongs to my family. Always using the relevant documentation. I take my work seriously.

Brox, don't fight against the Danes in here. We all feel very sorry for what has happened to your country today.

?
I just suggested a practical solution since I dislike floaters, a single profile without any connections without any documentation attached. Is is better for you if I rename it to first?

Anyhow, nobody have supplied any documentation yet

Brox - I have put my documentation on the profile of Peder Jochumsens daughter in question. Have a look please. It's from the churchbook from the wedding and tells when she was born and married. Who was her father and who became her husbond.

What more do you want?

Just look at the section About Me on her profile.

And don't merge, plese. Just remove Jokum Jokumsen from the tree.

Both are me.

David, curators cannot managed claimed profiles but I took care of it for you. Thanks for using Geni!

Mike at Geni

Private User, we can't merge you because both of those accounts are claimed (presumably by you?). Are you still able to get back into the original account?

Ack, posted at the same time! Thanks, Mike. :)

you are yourself the only one who can do this !

David Lee Kaleita@David
This profile has different parents, according to the PRDH:
Marie-Marthe DesTroisMaisons dite Picard

I had Jacques & Marie Morin as parents in my database, so checked with the PRDH. Now what do we do?

Ok, it seems as if there is a Rene Destroismaisons who also marries a Marie Morin, brothers (Jacques & Rene) marrying sisters! (Marie Anne & Marie Francois) Mon Dieu!

well, I fixed it myself, I unhooked her from the wrong parents, and added her to the correct ones.
