I understand tha the connection between Rabbi Ephraim of Brody, ha Cohen and the Shach has been deleted permanently. I was one of the sceptics but must admit I am not 100% sure there are connections. Anyway we should change the profile picture as it still shows they were father and son

Done! The profile picture taken from Wikipedia has been ammended to show that the connection is not verified.

There is some sort of familial connection between the two, but we have yet to find out what it is. Perhaps that is what the Wikipedia chart was really trying to convey rather than a direct father/son relationship.
