The profile of Rabbi Uri Shraga Pheibish Maneles, ABD Brod states: "In the introduction to a book he published in 1806, Rabbi Yitschak Frenkel from Huncovce mentions his great-grandfather Shraga Feibish Frankel, who was a rabbi in Uherský Brod (Moravia)." This would suggest that the correct father is Laser Feisch Lichtenstadt and that connection to Rabbi Moshe Eliezer Frankel-Teomim should be removed from this profile. (10 FEB 2025)

In the introduction to a book he published in 1806, Rabbi Yitschak Frenkel from Huncovce mentions his father Uri Lipman (=Philip). In the book, Uri Lipman was still among the living. According to an eulogy by Rabbi Baruch Frenkel in memory of his brother, quoted in Moshe A. Z. Künstlicher, "The late Rabbi Baruch Frenkel from the house of Chalfon," Tzfunot 15 (1992), 89–94), Uri Lipman died in Nagykároly in 1824, where his son Rabbi Yitschak lived.
