"1805: Allegany County Court Records show that in 1805, Aaron Duckworth purchased land from Ebenezer Davis et ux, Deed in Book D, Page 372. This Property in what is now Garrett County, North West of Westemport on Aaron's Run, Maryland. 1812: Aaron Duckworth Sr. and Elizabeth sold their property back to Ebenezer Davis, (Deed Book F, page 512, 1812).

1827: Aaron Duckworth Sr. sold Property to George Duckworth. (Deed Book N, page 494, 1827)"
