Abigail is not mentioned in the recent article on the ancestry of William Dudley of Guilford as one of the children of William Dudley and Jane Lutman.
She can be reattached if necessary, but there needs to be evidence. The reliable source I consulted for Milford families (Susan Abbott's book) does not have information about the wife of William Hubbard of Milford, which means that there are not histories or vital records for her being Abigail Dudley.

NO PARENTS FOR ABIGAIL BASED ON: From message board in Ancestry.com: There is no record of a daughter Abigail born to William Dudley & Jane Lutman who were in Guilford, CT, not Milford. Their second son Joseph was born 24 Apr 1643 and first daughter Ruth was born 20 Apr 1645 (Guilford vital records).
The first recorded Abigail Dudley was born to William Dudley and Mary Roe on 24 May 1667 in Saybrook, CT (Saybrook vital records). She married John Kent on 9 May 1686 (Suffield CT vital records), the same date sometimes erroneously given for Abigail Dudley's marriage to William Hubbard (Day, 1000 years of Hubbard history).
I have not been able to determine who married William Hubbard but would be very interested in knowing if you are successful in making that determination. I have checked the records of all the known Abigail Dudleys who were in New England about that time and have not had any success. I will be happy to share further information regarding the William Dudley family.
