Abigail was the daughter of Gideon and Grace (Eastwood) Stansfield Sr. of Heptonstall, Yorkshire, England. She married (1) Samuel May (____ - 1677), 7 Jun 1657 in Roxbury, MA. Abigail, and Samuel, resided in Roxbury and had the following children:

Biography

Abigail Stansfield was born in 1638, daughter of Gideon and Grace (Eastwood) Stansfield. She was christened 25 November 1638 at Heptonstall, York, England. She married first on 7 January 1657, Samuel May. He died in 1677 and Abigail married second on 6 December 1678, Humphrey Johnson. Abigail died in 1714.
