About Abigail Wild

Mayflower Descendant - Abigail was born and baptised on the same day in Braintree, Massachusetts, which is south of Quincey Bay, off Boston Harbor.

She was a 4th generation Mayflower Descendant in the line of John and Pricilla Alden and their daughter, Ruth (Alden) Bass, being the daughter of Samuel Bass (1660-1751) and his second wife, Mary [Adams] Bass (1667-1706).

On June 11th 1714 she married John Wild [1691-1776] when she was 17 years of age. He was the son of John and Sarah [Hayden] Wild who were married in about 1690. Also, their will was probated on Nov. 27th, 1732. I am descended from them and their son Samuel Wilde [1732-1794], a 5th generation Mayflower Descendant.
