About Agnes Dutton
~George Ormerod's The History of County Palatine and City of Chester, Vol II, p. 795, Agnes, daughter of Sir Geoffrey de Dutton, knight, and wife of Sir William de Hatton. 713
Records and Notes.
At the pentecost following the death of John, earl of Chester, an agreement was made, May 1238, between Geoffrey de Dutton, son of Adam de Dutton, of the one part, and William de Wethale and Anges and Margaret, daughter of Geoffrey, son of Adam de Dutton, of the other part, as appeareth by deeds in possession of Mr. Peter Leicester.
Ormerod only lists Adam de Hatton as the child of Sir William and Agnes.
