“Anne Scott may have come from the village of Bradfield St. George, about 10 miles northeast of Glemsford, though documented proof of her origin is lacking. Apparently they chose to be married at Hartest, about midway between.. We have not located any wills for this generation.”804

George Scott (born abt 1495 in Bradfield St. George, Suffolk, England, buried Aug. 30, 1562 in Bradfield) is listed as a possible father of Anne Scott. “Connection of this family to our lineage is very uncertain.
