- I JOSIAS FUGATE of Brunswick Parish in the county of King George ..
- give my son JOHN FUGATE one shilling sterling;
- to my son JOSIAS FUGATE one shilling sterling;
- to my son RANDOLPH FUGATE one shilling sterling;
- to my son MARTIN FUGATE one shilling sterling;
- to my daughter ANN SWILLIVANT one shilling sterling;
- to my wife MARY FUGATE all my whole estate during her life & at her death then give it all to my son FRANCIS FUGATE ..
- appoint my son FRANCIS FUGATE Executor .. this 18th day of March 1757.
