ELIZABETH ANNA KLENTSCHE
Mrs. Elizabeth Anna Klentsche, 91, formerly of 600 Midland Ave., died at 7:15 a.m. Thursday in Blanchard Valley Nursing Home. She had been ill the past two years, serious the last three months.
A daughter of Abraham and Anna (Gerber) Sommer, she was born May 26, 1878 in Berne, Ind. She was married to Bert D. Klentsche Jan. 1, 1917 and he died 15 years ago.
Surviving is a sister, Mrs. William H. (Magadalene) Smith of Toledo. Five brothers and three sisters are deceased.
Mrs. Klentsche was a past president of Unit 3, Ralph D. Cole Post American Legion Auxiliary and a member of Trinity Lutheran Church.
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday in the Kirkpatrick-Hawkins Funeral Home, the Rev. O. S. Goerner officiating. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 1 p.m. today.
