About Benjamin Bonner
Note that the Findagrave memorial has erroneous parents. Although he is often shown as the son of Thomas Bonner and Sarah Peyton, he is not. He has been differentiated from their son Benjamin by analysis of signature styles of the two Benjamins on land grants.
This Benjamin Bonner, husband of Francis Dempsey, could not sign his full name, only the letter "B."
