1722 - 1728 H.H. Paduka Sri Sultan 'Ala ud-din Ri'ayat Shah bin Daing Rilaga, Yang di-Pertuan Muda of Riau. b. as Opu Daing Marewa, third son of Opu Ten-ri Burang Daing Rilaga, by his first wife. Granted the title of Kelana Jaya Putra 2nd November 1720. Installed as Viceroy of the Johor Empire with the title of Yang di-Pertuan Muda, 4th October 1722. m. (first) 1722, Y.M. Tun Encik binti Dato' Bendahara Tun 'Abdu'l Jamal, Ungku Encik Ayu, a widow of H.H. Paduka Sri Sultan Ibrahim Shah ibni al-Marhum Yam Tuan Muda Raja Bajau, Sultan of Johor, Pahang and Lingga, and daughter of Y.M.
