About Elizabeth St. Loe
Collections for a Parochial History of Chew Magna. By Frederick Augustus Wood. Page 133. GoogleBooks
(a 6) Elizabeth St. Lo, daughter of William Cross of Charlinch, is called the wife of Thomas Sydenham of Weston, Lydiard S. Lawrence (“Som. Visitations," 1531-75, p. 105) and (1623, p. 100). She had by him three sons—Thomas, Simon, and Christopher Sidnam or Sydenham.
She was a widow when she married John St. Lo. It has been said that she was the second wife of Nicholas St. Lo (a 4), but this was certainly very improbable, as his wife Alianore survived him. Elizabeth's son, Sir John S. Lo, speaks of his brother Sydenham. This would be one of her children by her first husband, and the brother would be a half brother (S. A. S., XIV., p. 87).
Elizabeth held, most likely as guardian for her son, the estates of Levithio, Sutton, Camerton, Puckerston, Farmborough, Stoke, and Sincross in Chew Stoke, which she held of the Bishop (S. A. S., XIV., p. 87).

With respect to the two Thomas Sydenhams that you mention (one married to Eleanor Arundell and the other to Elizabeth Cross), I’m beginning to think that the statement that a Thomas Sydenham married Eleanor Arundell is incorrect – and perhaps based on confusion with the “other” Sydenham/Arundell marriage.
I checked G. F. Sydenham’s “History of the Sydenham Family” (1928), a very detailed study of the family which is apparently not available online unfortunately. There is no mention here of an Eleanor Arundell married to any Sydenham, although it does mention the marriage of Thomas Sydenham and Elizabeth Cross (who subsequently married “John Lo” [sic]). The book does mention that Thomas’ father John Sydenham married (as his 2nd wife) Jane Arundell, said to be of the Arundell of Lanherne family but with no parents stated. This is the only Arundell/Sydenham marriage mentioned in the book. I cannot find Eleanor Arundell mentioned in any other Sydenham pedigree. The earliest mention that I can find of a marriage between Eleanor Arundell and Thomas Sydenham seems to be the extensive Arundell pedigree in vol. 3 of Sir Henry Lawson’s “Genealogical Collections Illustrating the History of Roman Catholic Families of England” (1887-1892) – a work that is cited for the Arundell family in Richardson’s MCA and PA. Lawson is unspecific as to the order of Eleanor Arundell’s marriages to Thomas Sydenham and Nicholas St. Loe, although the placement on the pedigree chart suggests that Thomas Sydenham was her 1st husband. The 1914 edition of BP which you cited agrees with this, but Richardson’s MCA and PA both say he was her 2nd husband. You’ve probably noted that Wood’s Chew Magna has a pretty extensive discussion of the 1517-18 IPM of Eleanor Arundell. But there is no mention at all of Thomas Sydenham as either her 1st or 2nd husband – which is pretty surprising, especially if he was her 2nd husband. Taken together with the fact that Eleanor Arundell does not seem to appear in any Sydenham pedigree, this may suggest that there was in fact no marriage between Eleanor Arundell and Thomas Sydenham. Perhaps the compiler of the Arundell pedigree (apparently the earliest mention of this marriage) knew that there was a Sydenham-Arundell marriage, but got confused as to how to fit it into the Arundell pedigree. Unfortunately this still leaves us with the question of who the Arundell wife of John Sydenham was.
