George Ramsay of Dalhousie [1]
George Ramsay of Dalhousie was the son of Nicolas Ramsay of Dalhousie, Carnock, Foulden and Kerington.[1]
He married Elizabeth Hepburn, daughter of Hepburn of Waughton.[1]
He died on 2 December 1580.[1]
Between 1528 and 1564 he had charters of his lands.[1]
He fought in the Battle of Langside in 1568, where he supported Mary, Queen of Scots.[1]
He also had six daughters.[1]
