It has been claimed that Hayden Brasel Frizzell, here treated, is the son of Andrew Fraser, second Lord Fraser, and his wife, Lady Elizabeth Douglas, and that he was born in Aberdeenshire in 1600, but evidence which proves this is not cited. Family Trees and Family Stories: Hayden Brasel Frizzel Moreover, the claim is contradicted by the Scots Peerage account of the family of Fraser, Lord Fraser, which makes no mention of a son named Hayden Brasel Frizzell, legitimate or otherwise.
