Ingrid Espelid Hovig (født 3. juni 1924 på Askøy, død 3. august 2018) var en norsk programleder og forfatter bosatt i Oslo. Hovig har mottatt en rekke priser i Norge og internasjonalt for sitt arbeid med mat og ernæring, og ble i 1994 utnevnt til ridder av 1. klasse av St. Olavs Orden. I anledning Hovigs 70-årsdag begynte Faglig matråd samme år utdelingen av Ingrid Espelid Hovigs matkulturpris, som tildeles personer som gjør en særlig stor innsats for å formidle norsk mat og matkultur.
