Mary Mitchell did not marry James Lee born 1680-1685, who died in Frederick County, Maryland in 1764. His wife was a different Mary who died between 1756 and 1764.

There was a different James(d1764) and Mary Lee living at Chestnut Ridge by 1741, in what became Frederick County.

There were at least six James Lee's of early Maryland, but here are the four of them from among your data.

2) James Lee 1680-1764 of Prince George's, then later Frederick County. His wife was Mary Unknown(b.1695ish). They had 12 children between 1712 and 1732. Their son was James Lee Jr., their daughter Rachel Lee settled their estate, and it was this James Lee's will that I presented for 1764. They lived at Chestnut Ridge, and it was this James Lee who petitioned the court to be levy free, which was granted.
