In 1930 she is listed in the US Federal Census living at 3600 South Wells Street in Chicago with her husband Dominic Anzelmo. Dominic Anzelmo is the head of household and the census also shows him living with his son Carl Anzelmo, daughter Josephine Patinilla, and step daughter Angeline Bellizzi.

On August 17, 1940 she declared her intention to become a citizen of the United States. She was living at 6209 S. Kenneth Avenue in Chicago with her husband Dominic Anzelmo. She also stated she has one child, Angeline Bellizzi also residing in Chicago.

On November 9, 1943 she became a US citizen in Chicago.
