About Margery Knollys
JOHN, the fecond Son of Alderman Chichele, was a Citizen, and Chamber- lain of London ; but of what Trade he was doth not appear. He lived in Harp Lane, in a large Houfe which hath fmce been converted into the Bakers Hall\ and had another Houfe and an Eftate near Wolwich '. He married Margery the Daughter of Sir Thomas Knolles Kt. k and by her (for, at leaft, we find not that he had any other Wife) he had Four and twenty.

Margery Knolles, daughter of Thomas Knolles, twice Lord Mayor of London, and Joan his wife, married John Chichele, who was a citizen and Chamberlain of London. [1] [2] The Chichley family resided in London at a property in Hart Lane. They also had an estate near Woolwich. [3]
