Rabbi Wunder states that Moses Aharon Katz is the grandfather of Aharon Menachem Ha-Cohen, but that the name of Aharon Menachem's father (e.g. the son of Moses Aharon Katz) is not known. Rabbi Moses Aharon Katz was a Parnas and leader in Krackow and died in 1615. He had three known sons.
