About Pte. Albert Arthur Love
Albert Love was the son of George David and Harriett Jane Love, of 1020 Fitzroy Avenue, Hastings, New Zealand. He was a pupil of Mahora School, Hastings. Private in NZTU, file number 81358. Died of influenza while in training with the NZ Expeditionary Force, 25 November 1918, and was buried with military honours in Dunedin. His brother, George Joseph Love, was killed in action in France, 17 November 1917.
