Oldest son of William Mallory and Joan Constable. Married four times: 1. Margaret Thwaites 2. Margery Hastings (also known as Margaret and Marjorie) 3. Elizabeth Reade. 4. Anne York (who survived him by a number of years).

He is known to have had children by his first (William, his heir), second (son Christopher and daughter Joan), and fourth wives (son George and daughter Elizabeth).
