Tiburcio Tancinco was a Filipino lawyer and politician. He represented the first district of Samar at the House of Represenatives of the Philippines from June 5, 1928 to June 5, 1934. He later represented the same area at the National Assembly from September 16, 1935 to December 30, 1938.
