Robert Randolph, of Hams, Sussex (England), gentlemen, married Rose, daughter of Thomas Roberts, of Hawkhurst, Kent (England), and had issue, William, born 1572; died 1660; settled at Little Haughton, Northamptonshire;
married first, Elizabeth, daughter of Thomas Smith, of Newnham, gentleman; second, Dorothy, daughter of Richard Lane, of Courtenhall, and widow of Thomas West, of Cottenend, gentleman.
William Randolph had issue by his first marriage with Elizabeth Smith:

William is the son of Robert Randolph (Gentleman) and Rose Roberts. He was born in Little Houghton, Northampshire County, England.
He first married Elizabeth Smyth and they had a son by the name of Thomas born in 1605. DO not know where Elizabeth is buried. He married 2nd Dorothy Lane West (Widow of Thomas West) on 30th March 1619 in Little Houghton, Northamptonshire County, England.
He is the 3rd Great Grandfather of Pres. Thomas Jefferson.
