In a some years earlier version of MyHeritage I had different information: birthplace in Paide, Jarva County 1865 and a Death 1944 in Moscow. I knew the death was wrong since my father, Alexis Peltenburg-Brechneff, a direct nephew of Julius, used to spend some of his youth in the Bastide du Roy in Antibes. As far as I know, Julius Meller (Brechneff) left Russia in 1917, leaving the management of the Dux factories to my great-grandfather Alexander Meller (death 1918). It is absolutely certain that Julius did not return to Moscow. At least none of the relatives who remained in Moscow heard from him anymore.

Julius's birth is recorded in the Peterhof Church birth register no.: 10

I am trying to read the birth register. Julius is N.11. I identify only parts of it: but most important, I do not find the year of birth.
