"Die Familie Teomim", by Leopold Lowenstein: "Moshe Aron Lamel Teomim Frankel in Prague, nicknamed Aron Munk, who died around the middle of the 16th century; his wife Rifka Stern was the daughter of Israel Horwitz, who died in Prague in 1572, and the sister of R. Pinchas Horwitz, brother-in-law of R. Moses Isserles, 4 sons and 5 daughter from this marriage."

"The Jacobi Papers": "R. Moshe Aharon Laemmel-Munk-Teomim... d. in Cracow before 1609. Early he moved to Prague where in 1573 he succeeded to the Kehilla and other privileges (including those in the Pinkas-Shul) of his father-in-law, adopting also the latter's vernacular surname "Munk"; in 1578 he acquiesed in the new Kehilla Regulations prepared by the imperially appointed MaHaRaM miPadua ... and two further rabbinical authorities, providing, inter alia, that nobody should serve as rabbi or lay leader for the Prague Kehilla unless duly elected by the Kehilla according to those regulations. He became the 'Stammvater einer unuebeschbaren Zahl von Gelehrten'..." [ancestor of an innumerable number of scholars]

רבי אהרון משה תאומים, פו"מ בפראג. חתן רבי (ישראל הלוי בן רבי) משולם זלמן הורוויץ, מנהיג הקהלה. אחרי פטירת חותנו ירש את הונו ומעמדו כראש ומנהיג ובעל תואר אצילות מאת המלכות, אבל בצדקתו הרבה ויתר על כל, כשגיסיו רבי פנחס הלוי הורוויץ נשיא ישראל מקרקה ורבי שמואל יצאו את פראג לקרקה, הוא השכין שלום בקהלה אחרי 50 שנות ריב, וקראו עליו "עניו חסיד שידע להשיב אף וחרון". הוא הראשון אשר כל בני הקהלה נכנעו תחתיו בגלל צדקתו הרבה אבל מצדו ברח מכל שררה וכבוד. הג"ר אהרון משה תאומים פעל בפראג לימינו של המהר"ל ונמנה על ידידיו ואנשי סודו. ואם לפניו לחמו בני קהלת פראג על משרת "הפרימוס" (מנהיג) הקהל הרי בימיו, נאלצו בני הקהלה לעמול רבות כדי לפעול אצל הג"ר אהרון משה כי יסכים לקבל על עצמו מינוי רשמי. במרוצת הימים קראו לו בשם "החסיד" וזאת תודות למדותיו התרומיות ומעשיו המופלאים. נפטר לפני שנת ש"פ

ממשפחת לעמל /לעמלין תאומים מווינא בנה את ביתו בפראג וממנו מוצא משפחת "תאומים" בפראג. אב"ד בווינא ובפראג נפטר ביום ז' בניסן שנת השצ"ט ומנו"כ בקברי אבותיו בווינא מתוך נוסח מצבתו מפולפל בסברא מדרש וגמרא כאביי ורבא ועם הוויותיהם מכילתא בשופרי ספרא וספרי שאין בדורי חכמים בזמניהם
